ROLE:
The Sales Representative will contribute throughout all phases of the sales process, from prospecting, qualifying leads, company researching, pitching, objection handling, and sales closing to nurturing. You will shine as you initiate and qualify warm leads, using your persuasive communication skills to turn connections into opportunities and book them for the next call. Then successfully close the sales.
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:
With the primary responsibility for prospecting, qualifying leads, and turning a qualified prospect into a long-term paying client.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prospecting:
- Identify and clarify the ideal customer profile (highest revenue potential & close rates) including how to describe them and what their core challenge are.
- Define the likeliest to purchase for the most revenue and develop focused target lists.
- Research and identify potential clients through various channels.
- Run outbound personalized email campaigns for prospects that fit our ideal customer profile.
- Utilize various lead generation tools, platforms, and databases to identify contact information and gather relevant details about prospects.
- Lead Qualification:
- Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria to ensure they align with our ideal customer profile.
- Schedule appointments/ discovery calls with qualified prospects who have expressed genuine interest in our services.
- Sell the Dream:
- Help the prospect to create a vision of a dream solution that will solve their problems.
- Then connect Bedaya Dot services solution to their key business issues and their dream.
- Pitching:
- Conduct sales presentations and demos to prospective clients.
- Craft compelling pitches that highlight the benefits and value of our services.
- Sales Closing:
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotes to clients, negotiating terms and conditions.
- Finalize the contract agreement and help with the customer onboarding process.
- Customer Satisfaction
- Educate and guide prospects through the sales cycle.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
- Others:
- Move all prospects to the proper stage of the pipeline via CRM throughout the day.
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to consistently meet sales targets.
- Create engaging content through recorded interviews with potential prospects.
- Any other takes as requested.
RESULTS:
- Through the prospecting stage, send a regular, smaller number (50-100) of emails each day, a few days a week, as a rolling campaign. The main goal of this stage is to generate just 5-10 new responses per day.
- Target earnings $20,000 – $50,000 a Year.
- 1+ New Deals per week is expected.
REQUIREMENTS:
- BA in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience (preferably with marketing agencies, or marketing services business).
- Proven track record in outbound sales, including experience in lead generation.
- Proven track record of achieving measurable sales goals in an automated sales environment.
- Positive energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, and strong writing skills.
- Successful client relationships and overcome objections/rejection over the phone/email.
- Comfortably navigate: Hubspot Sales CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Zoom.us, SEMRush.com, Ahrefs.com, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of all digital marketing aspects.
- Great interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
SALARY:
- Commission only (10% of cash collected).
- Commission only ($ 150 for each contract signed).
- Working hours are 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST from Sunday to Friday.
